I wake up every morning well before I want to, even if I get to bed late. What happened to me?? I used to be great at sleeping in and would need multiple alarms set just to get out of bed.

Do you sleep without an alarm?

I set an alarm every morning. Our 8 month old's first feeding of the day is at 8 AM, and she usually has to be woken up. Believe me, I feel tempted to lay there snoozing until I hear her cry, but I've seen the power of a good schedule for the baby and I am not going to mess with it.

No alarm for me. Ah the small joys of self employment. I will soon have a baby as my alarm clock

My alarm is called 5 month old babies. They've not let me oversleep yet!

Yes! It took 17 months for LO to wake up after me but it does occasionally happen now. I never thought I would relish the sound of an alarm.

Only on weekends. I get up by 5:30 during the week and E is still snoozing by then. i find an alarm much less stressful than her crying.

No alarm for me, between DH, my wake time, and DS...I'm good on an alarm!

T is pretty much up at 630 everyday and it's rare I need to be up or out of the house before 9 so I rarely set an alarm. I did on Monday because we had to leave the house at 8 and in glad that I did Bc he slept until 745!?

On work days I need an alarm. On the weekend I don't need one because one of our dogs wakes us up for food, but on weekdays she wouldn't wake me up early enough.

I set one but I'm usually trying to get T back to sleep when it goes off. We had to be at the doctor at 11am last week and DH asked if we needed to set an alarm. I said "Why?" Haha

Pretty much, except for when we know we're getting up at an abnormal time, or we have something really important that day.

Without an alarm, I would sleep half the morning. Occasionally I can do that on the weekend though and it is so nice!

No way. Liam wakes up after I leave for work some days. When I'm on break, my husband's alarm usually wakes me up, then I lie in bed until Liam wakes up.

No, I have a husband, a dog, and a baby that all make sure I don't oversleep during the week

Always, but it takes me the longest to get ready and I have to leave thehouse at 645 (so i have to get up at 6 at the latest), which is way earlier than id wake naturally for any reason.

No. My husband's alarm wakes me up every day and, failing that, my toddler is happy to wake me up with his cheerful voice over the monitor.

Nope my 2 year old is my alarm unless I need to be awake super early for something.

Yup.
My son has never been an early riser (not complaining!), so during the week I have to set an alarm. I "sleep in" until 7:30-8 on weekends.

On work days I need multiple alarms since I leave while everyone else is sleeping. Other nights I just set a middle of the night alarm to change/top of DS2 and then let the kids wake me up in the morning
