My LO's are so picky when it comes to fruits and vegetables. My oldest will only eat broccoli, oranges, beans, cantaloupe, watermelon and bananas, and sometimes those are miss. If it's not a fruit in season I don't tend to buy it often so that limits us even more on options. I worry about my kids lack of vegetables in there diet and would love to sneak them in somehow. I've tried smoothies and that was a fail. I also tried muffins but the recipe wasn't great.
Do you sneak fruit or vegetables into your LO's meals? If so, please share your secret! Or do you just offer it and if they don't eat it, they don't eat it?
