I used to, but since I've changed my diet I no longer do.
Back in my early 20s I think I went 12 days without a bowel movement!
Misery!

Surprisingly, that's been one pregnancy symptom I have yet to have! I feel pretty lucky!

This is one of the few pregnancy symptoms I have ... and ughhh, I don't wish I had morning sickness or anything, but I would trade for something less terrible!

Not anymore. I have IBS-C so constipation used to be a painful part of my life but I go daily thanks to changing my diet

Yup. It's genetic and I've had it my whole life. I've always asked doctors about it, but they never seem concerned. They said some people have slower digestive tracts than others, and that doesn't mean there's something "wrong". I used to always think something was wrong because I don't go every day.
I eat a *lot* of fiber and drink a lot of water.
