During my pregnancy I was pretty good about taking my prenatal vitamins, but as soon as she came along that fell by the wayside. After Prettybaby was diagonsed MSPI I went on a probiotic. Lately I've been taking a flax and chia seed mixture once a day for the omega, fibre and all those crazy chia seed benefits. I've noticed increased energy and it's been pretty good for my lower GI tract as well. What do you take? Does it make a difference in your life?
