I never used to but I decided yesterday I'm going to start. I've been heating up my lunch and taking it to go eat at a outdoor plaza near by.
Don't know what I'm going to do when it gets cold!

Not really. I eat at my desk and surf the Web or read. But I don't take the whole hour. Sometimes I run to Target or other errands.

I usually don't. I probably should take a break more often than I do. I usually just eat at my desk. Although yesterday I took my first "lunch" break in a while, and went with a co-worker to Ulta.

Some days yes, some days no. I also take long lunches once every 3 months or so without guilt. I think it all evens out.

Yes! I can't just sit at my desk. I would go crazy. I have 3 other co-workers that I eat with. We usually sit in the break room, but we try to sit outside when the weather is nice, and we usually go out to eat once a week.

Sometimes. If the weather is crappy, I usually just heat up my lunch in the office if I brought it, or get something to bring back to my desk if I didn't. During the summer, I'm more likely to eat lunch outside and soak up some vitamin D. Also, DH works nearby so we sometimes have lunch together. I don't feel bad taking longer on those days because I usually don't take more than a few minutes so it evens out. But my work is really flexible and nobody is looking over my shoulder about it...in the past, I have also worked at places that were very strict about taking all your time but not a minute more.

Yes! I sit at my desk and eat but I normally watch a TV show on Netflix on my computer! Or I have to go home and let my dog out on lunch.

Yep. I do my homework and pump at lunch! I spend a lot of it on HB as well lol..

Always. The entire office shuts down and locks up and goes home, I love it! I live across the street from our main office, so I get a little nap/relaxation in over the hour break on my cozy couch. On days we have trial prep or need a meeting, the boss pays for lunch out, so even those work lunches are a nice treat.

Not usually. If I work through my lunch breaks while I am eating I get to leave early on Fridays or flex my schedule to fit appointments or other things that may come up.
I would rather get a few hours off at once at the end of the week than an hour or so each day. -
Always, every day, not matter what. It's really important and it's build into my pay, so I might as well take it!

Sometimes. IF I have my lunch, I'll eat it at my desk and work/play. If I don't, I'll go out. Sometimes I go out just to go shopping.

Always. Most of the time I do sit at my desk and eat but I surf the web. Sometimes I'll go out to eat or run some errands. When the weather is nice, I like to go for a walk. I think I'll start going to a park nearby and read the HB book club book. It's probably good for me to get away from the computer.

I eat at my desk with my door closed. Sometimes I do work, but mostly I spend the hour catching up on non-work related computer stuff and hitting my favorite websites.

Every single day. We have a free cafeteria, so departments go down to lunch together. It's actually discouraged to eat at your desk.
Before working here, I would rarely take my lunch breaks. I was hourly, so taking a lunch break delayed my going-home time! -
Rarely. Most of us at work are SAD (Sandwich At Desk).

I didn't used to, but I have a co-worker who is really sociable and always asking me to eat lunch, and I am easily persuadable!

My lunch break consists of eating with my LO at home.
When I was working I was only given a 30 minute unpaid lunch, and I would eat at my desk. I still answered phone calls though.

It's about 50/50. I will usually eat in the lunch room or go out. Or eat at my desk if I have a lot to do.

and NOT eat at my desk.

I always take my lunch. We are given an hour, and I really need that hour away from my desk. In our office, if you eat at your desk, people will still ask you questions and expect you to be working. So I take my break and have fun with my coworkers.

Always. We have a 30 minute unpaid lunch, and it's taken out of your paycheck regardless. It's a nice break in my day!

Always, I always go home to let out my dog and hang with him for a while, eat then come back to work

Almost never. If I do it's just long enough to run and grab something and come back.
