Not at home. But at work, my colleague and I both talk through difficult problems, situations, etc out loud...and have to clarify "I'm not talking to you, I'm just talking, so you don't need to answer." It happens much more often than I would like to admit.

Yes, only when no one is around! DH says he regularly does it whilst driving.

Sometimes. But I find one of the perks of having a baby is you can talk to "yourself" out in public and no one looks at you like you're crazy. Tee.
