I used to all the time when I was a teenager, but I have tried to train myself out of that habit. I still talk to myself when I am alone at home.

Yeaaaaaaah. Really often. What can I say, I'm an external processor. I need to externalize my thoughts to really understand them.

Yess oh my gosh and I make facial expressions that go with what I'm thinking, and half the time I catch myself and think holy cow, people must be looking at me like I'm batty!
