@coacheswife123: umm sort of. They were elemental formulas so think formula mixed with a very medicinal taste.

The one LO drinks daily, has a VERY strong grape with metal flavor (you can smell it across the room) and comes pre-mixed. This one was not so bad as long as it was ice cold. I only had to drink it a few weeks to make sure he could tolerate it first via my milk. The other ones were unflavored and powered. I got the pleasure of making myself my own whatever-I-can-gag-down-cocktail by mixing it with 100% blueberry juice instead of water. DS's nutritionalist wanted me drinking at least 16 oz a day while I was on TED. I did it for several months, but it eventually caused such extreme heartburn and stomach cramping that I could not drink anymore. Sort of ironic being that is formula made specifically for children with GERD and digestive issues! We never gave it to DS...could you imagine the issues he would have if it was giving them to me? No way.

I once had amoxicillin that was accidentally mixed with rubbing alcohol instead of water! Luckily I was 4, so I could tell my mom it burned, but she checked all our meds after that!
