No, I would not choose to. I'm sure I can make it happen if I had to but it would not be pleasant.

I have flown with LO by myself (@ 4 months old) but I definitely could not handle a toddler and an almost toddler on my own!

I have flown with my then 4-month old... but I don't think I'd brave two kids by myself! I would definitely bring DH.

Alone at those ages, unless I had seats for the both kids, no. The only way I would do it is if I had a ride to the airport, DH was able to come with us through security and had someone meet us at the gate on the other side.

No way. If we flew anywhere anytime soon, it would be a cross-country trip with at least one layover. No way, Jose!

I did, once. I took Nicholas to Guam with me (24 hour flight time alone) when he was 10 months old. Upgrading and sitting in first class did help a lot so we have more room; and having my meal served to me whenever I wanted it helped too. Aside from about 3 or 4 meltdowns on the plane b/c he had trouble sleeping he was fine. I felt sorry for the person sitting next to me. But oh well! I think I can handle flying both kids alone like that again. It'll just be a whole other set of meltdowns and I might be crying myself! The biggest challenge would be when Nicholas has to go pee. That's the challenge now when I take them out myself. Oh, and shockingly he didn't have ANY jet lag going there and when we got back 5 weeks later. I'm still shocked! I don't think it will be the same next time with two. Haha!

My parents worked for the airlines growing up based in Dallas. We didn't have any family in Texas, and I can remember my mom traveling with 3 LO's all alone to CA, OH, FL...etc. I don't know how she did it!! I do remember she would pack us little airplane surprise things to keep us busy that we couldn't open until we got on the plane and that made it really fun.
