We got a treadmill from a friends parents this weekend, and using a treadmill is very new to me. So far I've mostly walked with short intervals of running but I'd like to be able to build up to more running/jogging with less walking.
Do you use a treadmill often? What goals do you set for yourself?
I do find that if I have a TV show to watch I dont mind using it at all!
