I've always hated using nonstick pans because the coating is not supposed to be good for you as it wears away over time, but how else do you make eggs?

I just bought a ceramic frying pan which is supposed to be nonstick. It got great reviews on Amazon so hopefully it works out.
Do you use nonstick? If not what do you use to make eggs and other sticky things like pancakes?

I love my nonstick. Hubby likes the stainless steel one. Just depends on what we are cooking.

I had a non-stick for a while but now just use our All-Clad stainless fry pans. Haven't actually had a problem with sticking since I switched.

We use non stick frying pans and replace them once they show signs of wear.

We have a couple non stick pans that we use just for eggs & a couple recipes that say you have to make them in a nonstick pan. I worry about the coating too, so we have cuisinart green gourmet ones that are supposed to be safer.

We bought calphalon non stock frying pans. So far they have held up great but we will certainly replace them when we feel like they aren't in good shape any more.

@Mrs. Bee: oooh.. i'm gonna have to pick one of those up! i use non stick and i also have stainless steel. ugh. I hate how everything sticks when I use it though.

We have one nonstick AllClad pan, and that's what we use for eggs. I plan to replace it in a few years though... or if I notice the coating deteriorating sooner than that.
