Hellobee Boards

I'm just getting used to watching my mouth with EVERYTHING around the toddler. And I want to be careful of this with my daughter especially. But it's harder in Spanish, which my husband uses with our kids, because the word for fat (gordo) is a term of endearment. He always is calling them "gordito" and "gordita" for completely non-aesthetic reasons. So I'm not sure how this will work in the future. (Also, Mexicans are must more open about commenting on people's physical characteristics so that is going to be a challenge in itself.)

Haha, yes! I'll probably stop when DD gets to the age where she's building her vocab - I agree that it's a horrible word for kids to learn and repeat!
