I hardly ever do and I know DH does when he's driving. But BIL is like a freaking teenager and uses it on high volume on his hour long g phone conversation with girls! He's currently down stairs and I can hear almost everything the girl is saying!

I use it when I'm in the car that doesn't have Bluetooth! -
I use speaker when driving if I can't find my headphones. I put it on speaker and stick it under my bra strap next to my ear.haha...hands free!

When I'm in the car and not connected to Bluetooth or at home when I can't find my headphones. But not when other people are around!

When I'm driving or I'm on a conference call at home or busy with DS.

I don't when I'm just talking to someone unless I'm doing a conference call for work and there is more than one person on my side. I do use the speaker to play music quite often.

Only when I am by myself.
My mother uses speaker all the time plus she's slow to react to her phone plus she has the most obnoxious ring tones. Totally annoying. I wish I could fine her.
