This post really got to me. A mom was talking about the risks of using your phone too much and not giving your children enough of your time. Some of the kids comments are heart-breaking.

Interesting. I think I do tend to use my phone and ipad a bit too much around DS. I guess my excuse now is that he's too young to understand, but I should start developing better habits now. I'm especially on it a ton while he's nursing.

I really need to put my phone away more, I am always on it checking things and looking stuff up. I started out with the mentality of she is too young to notice/ care but there's really no switch that turns on where they're all of a sudden aware so it was hard to see exactly when I should quit being on my phone so much. Now I know but it's still so hard because it has become a habit.
