We watched MIL's dog(puppy at the time) a couple of years ago and it was a nightmare because he didn't get along with our mutt. I was also a emotional wreck (2.5 weeks PP) so maybe he wasn't that bad....I would definitely watch him again!

None of my family has pets. But I would! I love all animals. Ok actually if they had a snake I would not watch it!

We watched SILs persian house cats last year for a couple of weeks. They scratched our furniture and were pretty demanding and I wouldn't offer again!

I take care of my parents' cats and sometimes my grandparents' cats, too. I can't stand doing it, but they help us with our cats, too. I need a friend with a dog!

We watched a friend's dog once and it freaked my cats out way too much. Another dog only last a few hours before we had to call and send him home because he tore a hole in our chicken coop and bit a chicken. No more pet sitting for us!

Not in our home because we already have 2 cats and 1 dog (who does not really get along with other dogs all that terribly well). But I sometimes go feed my brother's cats when he is on vacation, or my friend/neighbor's cats when they are out of town.

We've watched both of my brothers' dogs. One brother has two Boston Terriers and the other brother has a German Shepherd. I would definitely do it again for both brothers.

We frequently dog-sit for friends/family and I love it. Granted, the dogs we've watched are well behaved so I don't mind having them in our house.

We used to dogsit our friends' two beagles all the time before babies. We haven't watched them since the boys were born, though. It was too much to handle when they were younger because their dogs are a little higher maintenance (compared to our go-with-the-flow dog).
I would think about it in the next six months, though.
