I only wear socks when I go running (which I never do anymore) or when I wear boots.
I like walking around barefoot at home. When I go out, I wear flip flops, heels or sandals.

I'm 50/50... I mostly like going barefoot but I have gross calluses so if there are people around I'll put on socks.
I have a very strict rules about no socks in bed for both myself and Rob Sr. It's one of my biggest pet peeves. Don't know why.

Wow- my floors arw waaaaaay too cold in winter to go around sockless. But in the summer I'm usually barefoot in the house (and in sandals outside of it).

@Grace: I'd rather have cold feet than wear socks. Weird, right?
@tina: Lol to your pet peeve!

@tina: Same! I can't stand when my husband wears socks to bed! Actually, I really really don't like wearing socks indoors...ever. I always wear slippers in the winter and go barefoot in the summer. The worst is when we have company over or when I'm at someone's house and am forced to wear socks...I'm so uncomfortable! Yes, I know I have a problem

I wear socks all the time in the winter and to bed in the summer. During the day in the winter I wear two pairs most of the time. I hate having cold feet.

During the winter I'm pretty much always in socks because I'm always so cold.

I get cold feet so socks around the house are a must. Otherwise I only wear them running, at the gym or with boots.

I very rarely wear socks. In Florida we tend to wear flip flops. But I have a drawer full of them, I should get rid of them!

I only wear socks when I go to the gym...haven't been there since December!

One of the first things the nurses asked me after I had the baby was whether we have wood floors (yes). They told me not to wear socks since it's so much easier to slip, especially on the stairs. If my feet get cold, I have a couple of pairs with little rubber grips on the bottom that I like.

Well, I work outside the home every day so most days I have to wear socks (except for summer). When I'm home on the weekends though, I rarely wear socks. Mostly I avoid them because I hate having to do sock laundry and matching up the pairs!

In the winter I always wear socks (snow on the ground and all) but in the spring/summer/fall I never wear socks! so maybe 25% of the time I do!

I hate wearing socks, they make my toes feel claustrophobic! I wear slippers around the house in winter (with grippy soles so I don’t slip on wood floors). I usually wear heels, Uggs (as no socks required), or ballet flats. I will wear socks to the gym, but only because I have to.

i always wear socks if i'm wearing sneakers or boots.... which is most of the time right now.

@tequiero21: I'm Asian, and my mom always told me I should wear socks and keep my feet warm! Because apparently if you have cold feet, you won't be able to have children. Riiiiight!

@betsyboop: hahaha for some reason, they think "cold" bodies don't make babies. that's why they want us to do acupuncture to make sure our bodies are "warm"..... and why we can't have ac on after birth, etc. etc....

I mainly go barefoot or wear flip flops. If it's really cold I'll wear them around the house. DH ALWAYS wears them and rarely wears sandals.
