I don't. I know I should or at least wear a daily moisturizer with an SPF but I haven't found one that isn't chalky!

I do. I have very fair skin and a history of skin cancer in my family, so I wear it daily. This is the one I have right now, it's fine, not great, not bad, looks like some people found it smelly & irritating, but it's cetaphil, so I thought it was a mild one.

my freckles darken in the summer sun so I try to wear it whenever I know i'll be going outside for an extended amount of time. (for a quick trip to the grocery store, probably not, but for a 20 min dog walk in cloud free weather, yes)

yes i do. i use Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion SPF 60. i wear it on top of my toner/lotion. it goes on kind of greasy at first but it absorbs quick.
i hear as long as the SPF is at least 30-35, any number after that doesn't really give you any more protection but i still like using 60, lol!

I use mineral foundation that is supposedly SPF 15 on my face, but I almost never wear sunscreen on my body (though I should).

When I go out for long periods of time I will. I don't like being out in the sun so I usually just wear moisturizer with SPF.

No. I get sensible sun exposure and free vitamin D instead.

Yes only on my face though not on my legs or hands which is bad.

I wear Obagi Medical SPF 50 on my face every day. It works great under makeup. I don't even let the dog out in the morning without putting my SPF on first. We live in FL and I don't want to look like the beef jerky ladies I see here all the time.

Nope. My makeup has SPF 15 but I don't put anything else on.

I try to remember to put it on my hands...I wear Jergens sunless tanner on my face and it has SPF 20.

I am in the sun a lot these days, so I do put it on my face and top it off with a bucket had that covers my face.
I am not so great with my body though, I need to step it up and use it on my arms, especially.

No, but I should. I'm in the sun everyday but I just hate putting stuff on my face be it sunscreen or anything else creamy. I only really use it when I'm out all day, or at the beach/pool.

i use face moisturizer with 32 spf every day. if i know that i'm going to be out in the sun for an hour or more, i'll slap some aveeno 70 spf on my face and arms. arms is mostly to avoid a terrible farmer's tan which i had last year. but i like my legs to look tan, so they go without it.

Probably half the time. If I'm doing any outdoor activity for a long period of time I do because I burn easily.
