My first and last are the city where I live (KC). Which is really annoying when labeling documents at work because people can't tell if the document is being labeled with the city the project is in or the person doing the work!

Nope. I have 4 and they are all consonants. No one in my family have initials that spell anything. Now that I think about it, everyone has only consonants in their initials!

My maiden name initials were the first three letters of my first name/my nickname. For example, ASH for Ashley. It's silly but I was kind of sad they changed when I got married.
