We're in the car right now and both kids are passed out in the backseat! Charlie very rarely ever naps, but I guess there's something magical about a moving car!

If it's around nap time then yes! I actually try and keep her awake though so she will nap at home.

Nope! I took a 6 hour trip with her and she slept for 25 minutes total and it took a lot of fussing to get that much.

DS will still fall asleep in the car, after a fun day out and about.

Well LO is still little, 4 months, and she will always fall asleep on trips! Her best naps are in the car seat. If we are at play group or story time, she will always fall asleep on the way home. She usually makes it through the transfer in the house and will stay asleep for 2-3 hours. It's amazing! I can never get those long naps in the crib!

2 months old and hates every second of being strapped in the carseat. No car sleeping over here.

If we time it right so she is fed and tired but not overtired. In the beginning, no way! She just screamed.

Yup. They both like to sleep in the car so I know I can always car nap as a last resort.

Sometimes, if it's exactly the right time. He always seems to fall asleep one block from home though, so it drives me crazy! He does NOT transfer well.

We have always counted on LO to nap in the car but now she usually doesn't. Which really throws a wrench in our plans when we go somewhere because then she hasn't napped and gets grouchy quickly!
