So I went to a local furniture store the other day to buy new patio furniture, and wound up winning their giveaway for a Traeger wood pellet grill. Woohoo! Both things are being delivered tomorrow.

But I have to say I'm slightly intimidated...does anyone have one? Does it work well as a replacement for a standard gas grill? I'm excited to experiment but not sure where to begin...

What is the best all-around wood pellet flavor? Where do you buy inexpensive wood pellets?
