I wonder if that's what they use at my work? Industrial size i mean? They have fries and chicken strips and stuff (children's hospital cafeteria) but none of it is really fried. It totally tastes good!

We have one and I like it for everything but fries! It does awesome chicken, steak and chops and it doesn't stink out the house like a deep fryer can

@chopsuey: we have this, is it the same idea? The only thing we've used it for is our thanksgiving turkey. Makes the best turkey ever & so easy to use
