it's one of those toys where you hit it, it falls and pops right up again. it's not a shaker, is it? supposedly, it's called "oh-ttu-gi" in korean but don't know that english word for it.

How funny.. I looked up "oh ttu gi" translation a few months ago because my friend was trying to explain them to me because of a Korean children's song. Up until then I only thought it was the food brand.
What I found was that they're called roly poly toys! And I googled weebles as the other ladies suggested and according to Wikipedia -weebles is a trademark name for a lot of roly poly toys apparently!
