Just wanted to chime in that I had a similar experience re: estrogen-containing vs. progestin-only methods to @lilyofthewest:. I was on the mini-pill for about a year or so before getting pregnant (conceived 4 months/3 cycles after I stopped the mini-pill) and now I'm on Mirena postpartum.
