7 years married? or does it count all the years you've been together?
DH says it counts the entire amount of time we've been together 7+ years, and that we are surviving the "7 year itch"

I hope so!! We went through a pretty rough patch around the 6.75-7 year mark (dating plus marriage) and I don't want to go through that again. So I prefer to think that we're past it...

Dr. Oz says the seven year itch happens because so many couples are married with one or more young children by that point in their relationship; so I think it's the total relationship length, not just marriage.

Yep I'd say entire amount of time together.
When our 7 year itch happens DD will be 5 and DS will be 3! HAHA. We'll go on a Disney Cruise to celebrate

dh and I just celebrated our 7 year dating anniversary this week! I think sometimes I take him for granted since we're so used to each other, and we generally have a very easy going relationship, but we're in a temporary ldr right now and it makes me realize how very, very much I need him! he's the best

I think so! DH and I had a rough year at 7 years dating - I'm actually (happily) surprised we made it through! We're at year 13 now

This September will be our 7 year dating anniversary (5 year wedding anniversary) and no sign of any itch...he is nesting for baby #2 and I'm not even pregnant (he cleared out his office and moved everything to the guest room and arranged it so it is now a combo guest room office..he put all of LO's old toys in the empty room for the future baby)
