Charlie is going to be 6 weeks tomorrow, I know they get baby acne and that's how this started out but the past 2 days it's been really red and angry looking. It's also starting to go down the back of her neck and her chest. The pics are sideways because it showed it better I think.

It looks like baby acne to me! That looks a little worse than how my DD had it, but not much. It took like 3 weeks for it to go away... I wasn't too happy

That's what DD(7 weeks)face looks like. I'm chalking it up to baby acne. DS had it as well, but not as red.

It looks like baby acne to me. She's fair (and super adorable), so I assume that might be why it's appears a little more red than it showed up on my daughter (who has more of an olive complexion). DD had it on her upper arms, neck, and shoulders, in addition to her face. It went away within two weeks, and now her skin is totally clear.

I would say it's baby acne, but if you're concerned, definitely call the doctor. Question though.... is it all over her face and chest, or is it only on the parts that are exposed?

Looks like what my LO had! Her baby acne was horrendous. It started at four weeks and didn't clear up til 8. No fun!

She is so adorable! Yeah C's was pretty much like, then it transformed into cradle cap in her face which makes the acne look cute by comparison.
Now I know why they say soft as a baby's bottom- it's the I my part without the acne

It looks like baby acne and/or heat rash. CeraVe moisturizing cream was great for clearing up baby acne for us

I am positive that it's baby acne. My baby girl had it at 4 weeks and got progressively worse for 3 weeks or so. Then it slowly cleared up by the 2 month check up and she now has smooth baby skin again at 4 months. Charlie is gorgeous!

I was hoping it was just baby acne and not a bad rash. My older 2 didn't get it quite this bad, it's really red
@Babyboecksmom: It's mostly just where skin is exposed on her chest and back.

It looks like baby acne to me. She is so cute!! And we have that same onesie (M always tries to eat the bow).
