OMG...yes. Her face lights up when she sees Sophie. DH gave me such a hard time for spending that much on it while I was pregnant, but now he's glad I did Sometimes I'm embarrassed to give it to her in public, though, because she goes to town and gnaws on Sophie like we haven't fed her in weeks!

I have the mini one (the one with two rings on it for them to hold) and he doesn't love it that much. I should have bought the original/big version. The little one doesn't squeak either

I love this post! I bought a Sophie on sale and it's in the closet, ready for LO. I'm hoping it's going to live up to its reputation!

I wouldn't say she loves it (I wouldn't say she loves anything...apart from bath time!) but it and winkle are probably her two favourite toys.

She LOVED it for a few months (3-7months?) I think once her teeth were really coming in though, she kind of stopped liking Sophie. She just wants really hard things to chew. But I've started bringing it out again recently and she'll chew on her sometimes still.

She likes it more now than a few months ago...but she still doesn't love it. I wish she did because that giraffe cost an arm and a leg!

E had no interest in it all...I'm glad it was a gift and not something I spent the money on!

We got it as a gift and R is indifferent really. She has moments when she goes to town chewing on it and then most of time if I give it to her and she throws it to the side.

he didn't as a newborn, but after he sprouted his first couple of teeth, he loved it, 5 months on-- at 14 months it's still one of his fave car toys now!

My twins weren't that into it. Played with it here and there, but it coulda done without it.

C is obsessed with Sophie!! His eyes light up when he sees her. Definitely his second favorite toy (with the jumperoo being his all time favorite!)

My LO definitely went through a Sophie loving phase. We have a couple funny videos of him attacking her, making out with her, etc. He will still chew on her occasionally at 9 months. We were actually gifted TWO and DH lost one at the grocery store! Expensive dog toy indeed!
