We've been together for almost 12 years and i still find it incredible that we are SO comfortable with each other. Seriously, he's seen me in ways no other human being should. But yet he still makes me heart go "pitter patter". Sometimes I just stare at him and go "damn, he's hot! how did *I* get so lucky! ahhaha

Like @Mrs.Wagon, we are in the comfortable stage. I look forward to him coming home from work each night, but my heart definitely skips a beat every time I hear the garage open after he's been away on business.
He met me mid-week on a family vacation last summer, and I stayed up until 2am so I could run outside and greet him. I was so excited for him to be there!!

Last night my heart was pitter pattering, he was so excited to give me my brithday gift that I felt liek we were back at the beginning. It had been awhile since I had that feeling, we are more comfortable around each other these days.

It's not as constant as when we were dating, but that makes the moments it happens more special I guess.
During the last couple months of my pregnancy I was more irritable than usual, so I didn't have as many of those moments. But in the week following birth, I was incredibly emotional about DH and would start crying because of how much I love him.. so definitely then for sure
We had never felt closer than in the week after having our little boy.

One of my first pregnancy symptoms was that suddenly I could NOT get enough of him. He's dreadfully attractive anytime he does the dishes, though!

Yes, even when he's being a frustrating man. Its hard to get irritated with him because he can just smile and hug his way out of it.

My hubby still makes my heart pitter patter because he just tries so hard! He had never had a corndog or played in the mud before me so we've shared a lot of experiences that are new to him! He can't even wear jeans without wearing loafers and a blazer haha. He will always try anything I want though and that's what makes him so swoon worthy! He is terrified of the cruise and having to get in there and just goof off and have fun for a whole week! Weird-o haha -
Yes he does. He's really thoughtful and the way he goes out of his way to look out for me just amazes me sometimes. Especially now that I'm pregnant.

I get the excited butterflies when I know he's on his way home and my heart skips a beat when my phone rings during the day and it's him. I just love spending time with him and hearing his voice. He's an amazing person and I still can't believe how lucky I am to have him in my life.
