We just bought a new dishwasher, and although it works way better than the last one we had, I still end up needing to towel dry some of the dishes. Mostly LO's bowls and cups.
Does your dishwasher actually dry all of the dishes, or do you need to towel dry some of them?

I don't choose the heat dry option, but my dishes come out pretty dry. I'm not a fan of towel drying, so I'll just shake the water off or I'll leave the dishes in the wash and let them air dry

Ours does way too good of a job at drying...cause I've almost burned myself getting stuff out sometimes.

we don't use the dry setting and just let them air dry. i figure it's somehow better for the plastic?

Ours does a decent job of drying everything except plastics, it seems like that is the case with most dishwashers though. Most of the time we use the setting without the dry feature because they all dry within two hours if we just open the door a crack.

No. It sucks. I just leave the door cracked, and let them air dry. I have water spots on my silverware, but I won't complain, because at least now I have a dishwasher!

@Mrs. Bee: I know a few naturally minded moms who won't put plastic in their dishwasher!
Yeah we end up getting wet dishes too. But like chopsuey I just shake them off or let them air dry

We don't have a dishwasher, so I'm jealous that all you have to do is touch up the drying!

No, never! So annoying. I hate using a dishwasher though, I would rather hand wash, crazy I know.
