Nobody ever remembers my birthday... except my identical twin brother haha!
It doesn't bother me at all though. Birthdays just weren't a big deal for us growing up.

Birthdays stopped being a big deal when I became 10. My family usually remembers my birthday, but they do not do anything for it.
DH's family is big on birthdays. They always remember mine and we have a little family dinner in my honour every year lol.

My parents and sisters always remember my birthday and we have a dinner and cake celebration! My grandparents always remember it, too, and I get a card from them.

Yes I get bday cards and calls from my parents and siblings. Extended family-no, but that was always the case.

Today is my birthday! And, I turned (am turning?) 30. This year my mom and sister sent me 30 cards each... for 60 total! Normally we don't make a big deal about adult birthdays so I was super surprised with the 60 cards I received in the mail yesterday

They remember it, for the most part, but half of them remember it because of FB. This year I got wall messages from my dad and stepmom and one brother (out of 5) and my stepsister. And my aunt sent a card.
My IL's took me out to brunch and babysat for us this weekend so we could have a date night, and I got cards and calls from the rest of his family. My mom sent a gift, called, and posted on my FB wall, lol.

We don't usually make a big deal for birthdays for the adults. I call my immediate family for their birthdays and we might try to get dinner at some point to celebrate, but that's only if everyone is around anyways. DH's grandparents always send all of us a card, which I think is reall ynice.
My sisters will try to call LO's for their birthdays, but sometimes forget-that doesn't bother me so much. But I do expect Grandparents to remember and call/send a card/something. My girls are the only grandchildren on both sides so its not like there is a ton of dates to remember.

My mom will usually make sure to call within a day or two if my birthday. But I don't expect a call or card from anyone else but DH.
Dh's family is the opposite. They are a much smaller family, so they all call and pass the phone around so everyone who happens to be in the house at that moment can say happy birthday. And that includes aunts, uncles, etc. frankly, for me it's a little exhausting since I wasn't raised like that. And I just think its awkward to small talk with people I see 1-2 times a year, lol.

My family always texts/emails/calls me Happy Birthday. They're really into gift giving so even though I live miles away, they still let me know they're thinking of me.

DH, my sisters and parents remember but that's it. I think birthdays are only a big deal as a child.

Always. My Dad always calls me REALLY early in the morning to be the first one to wish me a happy birthday. Its so sweet. My sibs always call me and give me a gift (they usually wait until they see me though since I am out of state). My mom usually sends me something, like a cake or cookies or something.

My fam remembers my birthday, I'd be hurt if they didn't! I don't care about anyone else, but I expect my loved ones to remember. I make it a point to always remember theirs!

Yeah. I usually at least get a few phone calls. Sometimes a card or two.

Yes! My parents always made a big deal of birthdays. I also still get cards/gifts from my grandparents and two of my aunts. And now my mother-in-law sends me a card and gift too.
