Or do they just sleep with it?
I would say about half of the time we run errands they bring their blankets with them, which is their lovey. If they spend the night anywhere else it's a must have!

My LO has a lovey for the car/travel & then for bedtime at home she's been really attached to a footie pj that she's outgrown, lol! We take that away after she's fallen asleep.

My son only uses his in bed or in the car. We keep one in each place and he knows to put it down when we get him out of the crib or carseat. He's never tried to take it anywhere.

Naps at daycare nopenope needs nothing, but if she is home she will ask for "birdie" at nap/bedtime!

DD loves her baby doll that was mine as a little girl. We bring her just about everywhere and she absolutely must sleep with her every night... DD has been coming in our room at like 4 am lately and she brings the baby in our bed when she visits.

Her lovey stays in her crib. Sometimes when we get her up after a nap or in the morning, she hands the stuffed dinosaur to us, and then hands us her pacifier, since she knows they stay in the crib. So adorable.

Our son just uses the lovey for sleep. Usually in the crib, but sometimes in the car. I've asked that they use it for naps at daycare, but I'm not sure how consistent they are about it. But we were the ones that introduced the lovey, so I don't think he's super attached to it.

My LO has three. So I assigned each an area: upstairs, downstairs, and car. This way we aren't running up and down stairs looking for them. She seems fine with this arrangement most of the time.

No we only let her have her lovey in her room. It's specifically for sleeping only, but if we're in her room we let her carry it around.
We do let her take other stuffed animals when we go places though if she wants to.
Mostly we just want there to be something special/alluring about her crib lol. Whenever we're getting ready to leave her room she gives her bunny a hug and/or kiss, throws it in the crib, and tells it bye bye. *melt*

Her bear comes absolutely everywhere. We treat it like a third child and are terrified of losing it!

No, they stay at home unless it is a long trip or something unusual like a hospital stay or er visit.
