Over the winter, my parents and in-laws started giving him their extra change to fill up his various piggy banks. DH started rolling them up and I think DS has over 150$!! We're going to make a deposit soon with him at the bank for his savings account!

Wow! That's a lot of spare change! DS has a couple piggy banks we deposit loose change into, but only DH and I do that. One of our really good friends will drop her loose change into one of his piggy banks once in awhile.

Yes- off and on for about a year. Just turned four and she made her first purchase from it this weekend. As we were dressing to go to the store to pick out a toy I noticed she was getting too big for her clothes and that we needed to buy her bigger clothes. She says- oh but mom that is separate right? Do we have to buy the clothes or can we still get the toy?
Sooo cute! We ended up stopping at a garage sale and got 11 books and toys for $3!!! So she really felt the value of saving!
