I was in the middle of reading a book she picked out and LO grabbed it from me. She closed it and then handed me the same book to read. Is this normal or is my 13 month old seriously strange?

Normal! Xander will bring me a book and sit in my lap, but as soon as I start reading, he'll take it from me and close it and then give it back!

super normal. He always closes the book midway through. But then he quickly realizes he wants to keep listening, so he hands it back to me and says, "TORY!" < story.
Gotta admit: super annoying when this happens 2-3x a night. -

I usually read books while lying down with the book held above us both, so this didn't happen for our kids... probably only because they couldn't reach the book!
