Charlie has a few friends he's really close to... but there's not really one friend yet that's first among equals. It's funny how when kids are young, they can have so many "best" friends!

I feel bad about this, he did, but the mom started getting super negative and would drink a lot, so we cut ties. I feel so guilty that I didn't stick around and try to be a better friend, but I just couldn't handle her on a frequent basis.

DD has several friends but only one best friend. Luckily, we're best friends with her parents, so it's the perfect relationship!

She has a few other babies/toddlers that she likes to play with and likes to see but she's only 1 (almost!) so I don't think she really gets the concept of best friend yet.

LO talked about the same girl when i picked her up at preschool everyday. She even wanted to wear a pair of pants she had just like her. When BFF didn't come to school I would get that report also.

DD had a best friend from preschool and we do play dates and take swim together. When her BFF went on vacation she was pretty sad!

No. I'm a SAHM so her only friends are my friend's kids. She meets kids at story hour, music class, etc. But she's still too little to play with kids right now, she's more about side by side play, and she's really shy.
If I had to say, I'd say her best friends are her cousins. They're the only people she loves, asks for, and tries to interact with.

Me! Hehe. Just kidding. LO doesn't play with kids regularly since I stay at home. He does love spending time with his auntie and might consider her his best friend.

Yes, LO had a BFF and then another close friend. They are super cute to watch play together!

My three year old has a boy best friend and a girl best friend and if she isn't with one of them, she's talking about them. It's pretty cute! I've also never seen her get along better than she does with her girlfriend!

Her teachers say that they are her best friends! HA! She is the only one in her class who can crawl so she ignores all the little babies and tried to monopolize teacher play time!

We kinda forced him to have a best friend. My best friend has a daughter who is 9 months older than him and we spend a lot of time together. So they are best friends (as much as a 2 year old can have a best friend).

No. She doesn't get to play with kids on a regular basis, but hopefully when she starts daycare she'll make some friends. I'm also pretty excited about the arrival of her cousin. It'll be nice to have her play with another baby during the holidays and family get togethers.

Yes one of the neighbor girls, they get so excited to see each other. She dreams about her too, sometimes they fight in their dreams and sometimes they giggle, just like they really do when they're awake. The more they hang out though the less they seem to fight, which has been great. She usually prefers older kids and little spats tend to break out when she hangs out with other 2 year olds but her and her best friend even though they both have very strong personalities have slowly started figuring out they just have to deal in order to have fun together.

My best friend had a little boy 10 months after DS was born. We decided when she was pregnant that if it was a girl, they would have to get married and if it was a boy, they would have to be best friends like us.
Just kidding.
Kind of.
