I had brunch with some friends today, and one of my friends was telling us stories about her daughter's intense daddy preference.
Charlie prefers Mr Bee, but I wouldn't say it's an intense preference. And if I started to spend more time with Charlie than Mr. Bee, I think he would swing back to team mama. It doesn't bother me in the slightest, but if Charlie had an intense preference like my friend's daughter, maybe it would bother me!

No, but my good friend's son has an intense daddy preference. I don't think she is very happy about it ....

When dh comes home from work lo only wants her daddy. I get it, ive been home with her all day and he's new and fun. But it doesn't take much for her to come to me or stop crying if I take her. I feel like it's normal.

I really want my daughter to be a daddy's girl. I'd probably be sad if she had a really intense daddy preference, but otherwise I don't really mind.

LO isnt here yet. But my understanding is that I had a serious daddy preference. And to this day I'm a total daddy's girl.

Nope, but they both give more smiles and laughs for him. At the end of the day, they both like me to rock and cuddle with them.

Sometimes but definitely not an intense one.. I like that he seems to love us both equally. Although I would like for him to have a slight daddy preference

TG has sometimes had a daddy preference. It was sad but understandable as it was mostly when I was pregnant and honestly not much fun. Then when the baby came she only wanted me of course.

Nope, at this time she's all about Momma. She's fine with DH when she's happy, but if she's upset, I'm the only one who can hold her and calm her down.
