I tried really hard to introduce a few loveys so that he's not so attached to me but it did not work!!! My boobs are his lovey lol! He likes to plunge his hand down my shirt for comfort.

My LO has started to stick his hand down my shirt too! He will unzip my sweater to get there!
He does have a love though and he's obsessed with it. I don't know the brand and we only have one and it's filthy. I need to track down a second one that he'll love just as much to add to the rotation.

No but not for lack of trying. There is a little tiny zebra doll with a teething ring attached to it (like something you'd hang from the stroller or car seat) that holds onto in his sleep (and also a Monkey Angel Dear blankie) but he just chews on it (his top front teeth are coming in) and falls asleep with it. He has no real interest in it past chewing on it (and pretty much everything else he can get his mouth on).

My son has a little lion blanket that he loves:

He has a few A&A security blankets - 1 at daycare and 1 here, but he prefers Mr. Lion. He only uses it for sleep. And to chew on.

He doesn't have a lovey that needs to be around at all times for comfort. He does have sleeping buddies, and they have to be in the crib with him. Now we're up to 5 -- Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird, Hoppa (his bunny) and Stitch. We're running out of room!

Henry likes to wrap his arms around an Aiden & Anais blanket when he sleeps - that's how he tells me he's tired, he starts being me the blankets! - and at night, he likes to have his arms wrapped around a stuffed animal. I think his favorite is the white tiger DH on our first zoo trip as a family but as far as an every day lovey? Not yet!

@Mrs. Pen: he's just over 11 months! I think his birthday is a few days after Cobi's. I think he's just attracted to the zipper pull and just happens to yank it in the right direction! He does the same with his own sweaters when he wants to take them off!

My LO refuses a lovey too. If I put something in her crib with her she cries and acts like it's going to hurt her. She just wants her thumb.

LO loves this crocheted blanket our neighbor made him but he sometimes gets it over his face and can't get it off. So, for now, it's out of the crib. He has been hanging on to a little duck lovey at night instead. LO is almost 6 months.

I've tried so hard with a lovey! But, nope same, boobie is her lovey! I still keep the same blankie around for comfort times and sleep time in hopes that it will catch on soon!

Yep, DS has a lovey that he sleeps with. Ideally he has bink in mouth, lovey next to his cheek, and his hand on my chest (or any other female that happens to be holding him!).

My hands are her lovey. She refuses to go to sleep unless she is holding and stroking my hands. She has a small, soft toy she loves; but she will throw him right out of the way to get to my hands.

She has an elephant blanket that is in her crib. I don't know how much she loves it, but we keep if there for her.

DS has a taggie puppy lovey that his great aunt got him. He loves it so much we bought a second one so we always have one in the diaper bag!

Not yet. Everything in reach is her lovey right now. She doesn't have a favorite.
