Charlie's teacher just emailed us to tell us to send the kids in raincoats tomorrow because they're going on a field trip.
Charlie doesn't have one, but it's probably a good idea to get him one. Do you have one? Where is it from?

Yup, it rains a lot here. My daughter has one from hatley - got from a consignment shop. My son has one from north face. I like that it's thin and packable.

My son has a bright yellow raincoat and rain pants from L.L. Bean. We love them (and he wears them all the time here in Oregon). Super lightweight and durable.

Yes...DD has a hello kitty raincoat and rain boot set from Nordstrom (my mom gave it to her) and DS has a few. One is kind of a wind breaker from Gap and the other is a fireman raincoat and rain boot set from Nordstrom (also from my mom).

Old Navy had them on clearance this weekend. I bought one for $13 in the size up.

The one we keep at home is from Polarn o.Pyret USA (limited print on clearance). The one at daycare is the Waterman set from Didriksons. I like that one much better since it's a zip-up and really keeps her dry (I also found it on sale).

I got my kids k-way anoraks when they were on gilt.. They pack up in their own pocket and are really lightweight.
