I don't but I was JUST look at the B toys one at Target last night! It's not super fancy like the Land of Nod ones I've seen, but it was cute! I have a B toys car that I have to exchange, so I might get that--- favoriting this for recommendations!

No teepee here, but we have a pop up tent with an attached tunnel. Honestly the kids don't use it much.. we mainly use it to stuff big toys into so they stay out of sight.

Another vote for the Ikea pop up tent! She loves the tunnel and keeps all of her stuffed animals in the tent. I love the look of the teepees, but they feel a little like cultural appropriation to me.

We have a car seat box for Xander, haha.

I soooo want one when LO is older. I've seen some cute ones on etsy, but I might try to sew one myself.

I'm in the process of making one! We got wooden poles from a hardware store and I want to say they were less than $10 for 5, but I'm not entirely sure. The fabric (canvas, utility fabric) was most expensive but I used a 50% off coupon so I think I paid less than $20 for the fabric. We had the dowels assembled, but I need to sew the panels.

I have been having a hard time finding one very detailed tutorial. So I'm kind of winging it... we'll see how it goes.

We have the Land of Nod teepee. It was pricy (around $150 I think) but we had a coupon and they had free shipping.

Anyone have an outdoor tepee? We're working on some natural playspaces out back, but I'm not sure how cloth would hold up.

@Arden: I don't think having a teepee is offensive at all. I think they are a beautiful symbol of a really neat culture and heritage and I say that as someone who is not Native American but grew up living on a reservation. Most Native Americans are really proud of the symbolism of their culture.

I think these are so much fun and I would've loved having one as a kid! I really want to save some $ and make a purchase for the kids' bedroom. I love @rahlyrah's!

We also have the IKEA circus tent. Can't beat the price!

DH made ours from wooden poles and a canvas painting tarp. i'm in the process of doing a tutorial.

@Mrs. Pen: yeah, so the poles are attached with rope at the top through the poles (holes made with a drill), and then we made little canvas strips attached to the canvas itself to slip the poles through. so you put the canvas through the strips (not a pocket as it goes all the way through) and then push out the teepee poles to the size you want.

Bumping this up because I am seriously considering making one, my mom and I can sew straight lines and we have a drill for the wood poles.

What I am thinking of doing is just doing canvas triangles, with a "pocket" inside for the rod. My son can be a bit clumsy, and I do not want to deal with him trying to get inside and then having the whole thing fall over.

And, I am totally making the felt campfire, so adorable.

The other thing I was thinking about was using mosquito netting, we have one from when we lived abroad.

I would like to try to make one as the ones online are so pricey and Im sure my DH could do this on his own for half the price if not more

we got a pop up play tent and DD and her cousin play in it. They love it.

@looch: I think I saved some pinned ones too with sheets and poles. Let me look later when i have time and I can wall them to you (I have more pins then I will ever be able to accomplish or attempt so I have a lot of weeding through to find the right one Im thinking of)

@Arden: Im going to make one from wooden poles and either flat sheets or canvas drop cloths (which I would paint). Seems to be the most cost efficient way, honestly. They're stupidly overpriced.
