My LO doesn't have any friends her age on our block! Our neighbor's grandkids will be visiting her soon and they are 3 and 7.

Yes! We have lots if friends in the neighborhood with kids 2 and under. It's one major reason we bought a house here. It's so nice to be able to walk to the park and always see someone we know.

There are lots of kids, but lo is still young to be friends with them.

I'm so lucky that our next door neighbors have two kids that are almost the exact same age as my little guys. And, someone across the cal du sac has two little girls slightly older than DD and a son that is slightly younger than DS. So, we are very very very lucky!

We live on a cul-de-sac, and 2 houses down is a girl 1 month older than LO, next door is a little girl 4 months older than LO and across the street is a little girl about 6 months older than LO. There's also a 3 year old girl, and a handful of boys in the 6-10 age range. We all joke that in a couple of years, the girls will form a neighborhood "gang"

nope. most of the kids on the street are school age because they all catch the bus.

None. There is one little girl that's close to the same age as her. I know her mom briefly from a language course, but she stopped coming before anyone really got to know her. We are FB friends though and it seems like we'd get along.

In our building there have been three babies born so far this year. We've had a few mommy coffee dates. Hopefully they will be playmates when they get older.
