Last night he woke up screaming and wouldn't settle back down until he could finally wake up enough to vocalize what was wrong-- his "comic book" (a little insert with pictures that came with his Iron Man Lego set) that he had requested as his bedtime story needed to go back downstairs where it belonged (on top of the Lego box on the bookcase) instead of stay with his other bedtime books in his room.
I would call that a quirk and cross my fingers that my 4 month old isn't already OCD..

I'm not sure it's a quirk as much as being stubborn but she has to eat at the table now & not in her high chair and no kiddie plate will do, she has to use a plate like ours or she throws a fit. She's 17 months.
