My MIL asked if it would be okay to send the kids some Duplos and I said yes! Curious to see which one(s) she picked out for us!

"Pay box, mommy? Egos?" (Play blocks, mommy? Legos?) EVERY MORNING. We got a box for under $5 at a thrift store. Glad we did! -
Yup! We have a few different sets and they're her favorite. They go together easily and she can take them apart.

Yes ds loves them. My favorite ones are the train set that moves and the burger set.

Love Legos! I think DS1 might be ready for junior Legos (step above duplo but not quite as difficult as normal Legos).

We have a Toy Story and a Cinderella set. My kids are not that into building things but we have gotten good pretty good use out of the two sets. They play with these more than other building stuff.

We have duplo blocks and a train set add on.

We have a farm set and she's gotten really into it last few months (26 mo old)

@Mamaof2: There is a foundation already molded, and kids can build upon that instead of the entire thing being made of small Legos. For example kids can add Lego pieces to the frame of a car. It's pretty neat. Thinking about getting the construction set for DS1's birthday.

Oh my gosh yes, we love duplos and honestly it's something I kind of enjoy doing with the kids, somewhat more so than playing with ironman and captain america action figures LOL
