Charlie does this, and it's soooo helpful! I can't remember when he started doing it, but Olive is 9 months (unadjusted) and she doesn't do it when I dress her. It makes changing her so much harder! I always worry about breaking her fingers as I snake her fingers through her sleeves!
Does your LO help you get their arms through their sleeves when you dress them? How old were they when they started helping you change their clothes?

My son started helping in the past month, 16 months old. It definitely makes life a little easier when they start trying to help.

LO already does this and she is 7 months old. If i start her arm in the sleeve she pushes the rest of the way! I think she has done it the past month or two. Pants and skirts are another story but we havent needed them much in the heat.
I dont know when this is supposed to happen...maybe around a year?

My LO is 6 months old and she hates clothing changes....crazy back arching and squealing! I can't wait until she is more like Charlie!

Yeah! My LO is 11 months and she's super helpful, not so much with the arms but she's good at getting her clothes over her head. She'll pull her shirts so that her head pops out. Love it.

My LO is 14 months and does this, and it's one of my favorite tricks of his.

No way. She's the opposite of helpful. She's sooooo squirmy it takes forever to get her dressed!

Yep! I forget when she started, but it was well before her first birthday. She helps with her pants too!

Yes, the funniest is with her shoes, she loves when we put her shoes on and will stick out her foot and point her toes and then kind of twiddle her ankle to help us buckle the strap.

LO started helping at around 9 months, But helping put her arms in her shirts/rompers is the only helpful part of getting dressed. The rest is a nightmare. she is all over the place and it takes about a 1/2 dozen times before she'll keep her legs in the pant holes- not fun.
