I can't quite remember when this started, but now *everything* has to be done "all by myself" for both kids. If I accidentally do something that they wanted to do, I hear about it for the next minute or so!

Yes! It started a few weeks ago - maybe around 2 years 9 months. It used to trigger a tear fest but we tell her "you don't need to cry, just say nicely "mama I want to do ____ myself please" and that has helped so much. We have also been explaining that some things she can't do herself or that we need to do them togethe

Yes! If she wanted to shut the door she will throw a tantrum for upwards of 15 minutes. I will have to go back, open the door, step back, and let her do it.

Omg. Yes!!!! She screams "how bout my turn!?!?!?!?!?" Or "NO I do it!!!!!" And not just for a minute, like 10 minutes and it feels like eternity
