Does your LO kiss you? My A is 11 months old and will open her mouth up wide and put it against my face. I tell DH that it's either a kiss or cannibalism. I choose to believe kisses.

Yes, only recently. It started around 22 months.

Yes, around 17 months. We will ask him to give us a kiss and he will run over and give us a kiss. So sweet.

Yes! He started around 11 months too but now it is a definite kiss (14 months), it is my favorite!!

Yes! Not if I ask her to... but, for instance, the other day her grandpa was lying down in the play area snoring, and she toddled over, squatted down and planted a big one on his lips. Then turned to us grinning like mad.
She's 16 months!

A (14 months) does open mouth kisses too. Yesterday she missed my lips and ate my nose LOL

@lilyann: That encourages me, makes me feel like I don't have a little cannibal on my hands.

@MaisyMay: Wagon Jr. and I do that kiss! We call it "silly ppo-ppo" (kiss in Korean) and we don't make contact... just come at each other with big open mouths. Hehe.

@mrs. wagon: Oh A certainly makes contact! I can't tell you how many times she's ended up with my nose or chin in my mouth! The other day she did it to DH's leg and he was a little perturbed by it.

@mrs. wagon: She's also our little pterodactyl because of her shrieks. Hence our pink dinosaur themed birthday party in a few weeks.

Oh yes. Serious kisses over here since she was about ten months. We have to reminder that sometimes her friends don't want kisses!!!

LO is 10 mos and will. I ask for a kiss and point to my face and She plants a big open mouth one on me. With a big "muah". I do it to her next and then she does it back. She thinks its fun.

I think she's been doing it since 11 months. I love it even when they are all slobbery

M likes to head butt you to give a kiss. She will blow kisses too. (14 months)

@mrs. wagon: this is exactly what DS does! he'll only kiss if he thinks you're hurt or sleeping. never on demand.

We'll shove LO up to each other for a kiss, but she either tries to latch onto your nose or just licks your face. Like a dog. It's disgusting. Only 8 months old, so still too young
What's cute is that she grabs onto DH's face and hair and licks him and he runs around yelling about the zombie eating him

She is a regular kisser, but not a good kisser. A lot of tongue, slobber, and teeth. If I make a kissy noise she'll lean in. Her first kisses were when she was about eight months for the baby in the mirror.

Yes she has for a couple months now. If you ask for a kiss she either blows you one or makes kissy faces...if she gives you one it's opened mouth right on the lips...she loves it. she's a lovey kid

Yes, but same timing as @autumnlove: only recently. I totally it! He did the whole zombie face slobber for quite a while, but real intentional kisses started at 22 months.

No She blows kisses and gives hugs and Eskimo kisses but no real kisses. We're working on it. She's 17 months.

Yes! For a few months now. It totally melts my heart and I think DH gets jealous because she only kisses me.
