He never really watched a whole episode before.
I turned it on this morning because I'm working from home and my mom's at a doc's appt and DH is at a client mtg (off the rest of today).
He's loving it today!

Wagon Jr. never really liked it, but we turned it on randomly a few weeks ago and he LOVES IT NOW! Such a nice change from nonstop MLP and Rescue Bots!

I love it too! I think the lessons are so age appropriate. I can usually get her to do something by saying "remember, Daniel did it"? etc.
I bought her a daniel tiger stuffed and it's the closest thing she has to a lovey.

She has never watched it. We turned on Doc McStuffins one time and she looked up at it and then never looked again at the tv.

Love! When he wants to watch it, DS says "ding ding!" and when the episode goes off (we watch it on Netflix or Amazon Prime), he gets a little upset and keeps going "ding ding!" We're teaching him not to whine and ask for it so now it's "ding ding... please!"

YES! Every time we get home he immediately runs to the couch saying "Tiger? Tiger?" And no, he does not get to watch it that often. He only likes the actual cartoon parts and hates when they show actual kids. We wanted him to get into a show so that when we fly with him next month, we can use it to distract him. So yeah, he's into it.

Yeah, she loves Daniel Tiger. She also really loves the segments with the real kids. I showed her the episode about Daniel going to the doctor's office and she was excited about going.
ETA: Ugga Mugga! We love saying that!

Yes. It is his absolute favorite - he gets so excited when the song comes on.

@mrsjazz: haha we do too! We also give her stuffed animals ugga muggas!

LO's gotten into it because we watch it on the iPad/Netflix. My DH and I have constant discussions about weird stuff they do like gluing a knob before screwing it in or going to pick berries for pancakes instead of choosing another fruit.

She is obsessed. She wants to watch it around the clock - it has become a giant daily battle.

OBSESSED. all other shows are not even in consideration. if I put something else on she will just say "can I watch a Daniel Tiger show?"

Yup, it's the only show she's really watched. She never got screen time until Mama got super morning sickness, but here we are

@MamaBehr: hahahaha yes.
We have to see the tiger song every night before bed. If I can't get him to eat his dinner, I start singing "you gotta try new foods cause it might taste good" and it works like a charm every time. He adores Daniel Tiger.
