Ds1 has loved "swimming" since he was an infant! He's been in swim classes since 1 and is having a ball swimming "by himself" w floaties.
We have yet to see if ds2 loves it the same. We're in Florida right now but it's a bit too windy to take him in the pool!

LO1 used to be so scared of the water, but he has eased up a bit since we joined our community pool last summer. We worked our way up to using floaties without any problems. LO2 has never been afraid of water.

DD enjoyed it last summer! Not sure if we can swing for swimming lessons again but def will be out in the pool with her this summer!

DD1 has been a little FISH her whole life, and we have been doing swim lessons to make sure she knows how to swim. She had a bad experience with a bad instructor a month ago and now has no interest in lessons or even swimming for fun when we were on vacation last month.

Obsessed. We live in a beach town and have to avoid the shore on colder days, or else DD will jump in and try to join her mer-family.

We have been in lessons on and off since my 17 month old was 13 months and it has helped so much with his comfort level in the water! He loves going to the pool now.

Both my sons absolutely love the water. They've never had any issues with it.

Yes, he loves it! We swam all last summer when he was about 8-12 months so he got really used to it. We're taking swimming lessons now.
He's also a weirdo who has always loved water in his face. When I rinse him in the bath he begs me to pour it on his face and use the sprayer. Now that he's taking swimming classes he loves sticking his face in the water and being dunked. The instructor confirmed she hasn't seen that much, if ever.
