I told our daughter that we had to go in and take a bath in a few minutes. After I said that, I hopped on the phone with a friend while she continued to draw on the sidewalk. A few minutes later I heard her say, "a few more minutes..." and she picked up all of the chalk, put it in the box and put the box away. I was thrilled! The teachers at her school tell me she's a good helper and cleans up well but she didn't do it often at home!
