Charlie is less than 30 pounds, but sometimes it seems like he weighs 10x that! He runs around the house and his little footsteps are sooo loud on the hardwood floors!
Does your LO make loud steps when they run around?

My LO can't walk yet but if he is anything like his dad, he'll have super heavy feet!

so loud! Also, how do you teach them to talk quietly? Normally I don't care, but my husband works nights so he's sleeping 3 days a week.

@Mrs. Superhero: I've noticed that if I talk really quietly to Charlie, he talks really quietly back. Is that a universal thing, or is that just something he does?

@mrbee: she will talk really quietly for all of one second. I'm starting to have some success with holding a finger to my lips and saying nothing when I really need her to be quiet (while I'm putting the baby down) but she's just a very happy and excited little girl!

Oh Geeze YES!!! I sometimes wonder who is being thrown across the room only to see it's just DS running around/coming down the stairs.
It scared me the first couple times, waited for someone to come down crying, but nope just went right along running around. lol

Yes! LO is very loud when moving around the house. He must take after his dad, because he has a heavy step as well. Luckily, his younger sister has gotten used to all the noise he makes and can sleep through them.
