I've always been able to answer yes to all of those questions the doctor asks, but today was her 9 month apt and I had my first no's 
LO can't clap her hands yet, but she does give me big smiles every time I clap my hands. She's also not cruising or lifting up on furniture, or crawling. She can get where she wants to go by scootching. The doctor didn't seem too concerned, and she said she's such a big girl it's probably hard for her to lift herself up.

No, we've never been able to answer yes to all of the questions. I'm not worried as some of those questions are for the early milestone babies, not necessarily saying that your baby should be meeting them, just that you can expect they will soon be meeting them. There is a range of "normal" so I'm comfortable as long as my baby is somewhere in that range, be it on the front end or back end.

Nope and I haven't worried too much about it. LO is at daycare M-F from 7-4 so there were a lot of the items that I had no clue on whether or not she could do them because she may not have done them while home with us.

@pelikila: I know my LO is doing great, she's so curious about everything. And I know all babies are different. I guess I just expected her to be on time with all that stuff, even though I knew going into it she wouldn't be.

I was thrown for a loop with the "ages and stages" questionnaire starting at age 1. We did awesome until then, but they asked all these random questions I had no idea if he could do or should be doing (if you put something in a box, will he put something in a box? random stuff like that). Also, he has been a tiny bit late with his words, but we're bilingual so I think it's normal.
Anyway, it wasn't a problem. Like Pelikila says, there is a range of normal. Plus, after that one I had an idea of what to try and do with him.
