My LO is 9 months and I keep waiting for them to catch her eye and nothing really yet. Some of the ones that make noise she'll pay attention to while they're talking but she doesn't seem to want to cuddle them or cart them around with her. She does hold on to her blocks though and when we go on walks she will hold on tight to a hard plastic block.
When did your LO start paying attention to stuffed animals?

One day, my son picked up his Mickey Mouse baby and just hugged it, I don't know where he saw it, but ever since then he plays with his stuffed animals. I think the first time he did it was about 11 months.

charlie is not really into dolls. we recently gave his elmo doll away to a friend who adores it. it depends on the kid, or maybe he's not old enough to be into them yet.

My LO is almost 2 and still doesn't seem to care about stuffed animals.

LO is 7 months and if I give her a stuffed animal she'll grab it and stick it in her mouth. But she'll do that with anything and everything.

DS isn't into them either yet. He has a My Pal Scout that he plays with more lately and his sleep giraffe is always nearby because it helps him sleep, but no real attachment or cuddling yet.

My LO LOOOOOOVES his mickey mouse doll. He grabs it when it's naptime and bedtime. And will look all over the house for it when he can't find it. He couldn't care less about the other 20 stuffed animals he has though. He started really like his mickey doll at around 12 months.

Yeah, my daughter is two and still doesn't really care about stuffed animals very much. She has a big monster pillow that she gives hugs on occasion, but she doesn't really have an attachment to any in particular and she doesn't use them as loveys or anything.+

My LO didn't really care for stuffed animals until about 11 months. It was like she woke up one morning and realized how soft they are. lol. Now she loves to squeeze, hug, and bite them.

At 9 months LO does a little bit. Blocks and plastic shapes are probably preferred though.
