Charlie has some issues with constipation. We're working through whether or not it's diet or something he picked us from one of us... I think maybe a little bit of both.

Lo goes poop 3X a day now. DH and I are regular too. I suffered from constipation when I was in college.. I think it was my diet and low water intake. I drink a ton of water now and eat better.

We are a regular family! I had some issues while pregnant but that is pretty common.

Yes, my oldest has horrible issues with it. It got way worse when he was 2.5 because he started holding it. He would go for five to seven days. I tried everything my pediatrician reccomended and for three months straight would not go without md giving him an enema or suppository. He is now taking .5 dose of miralax a day and we are trying to wean him off it.

I never had issues. But this past week I upped my water intake and lowered my milk intake and have had some problems. Opposite of what you'd expect.
The other night I was TERRIFIED that I had a hemorrhoid! I was almost in tears to DH saying we're adopting from now on (just one thing after another and I was hormonal, better now, lol). It turned out that I didn't..I think my body was just warning me.
But yeah..any pregnancy-safe tips from anyone are welcome!
